Our BnB
On The Farm
Family Young bought the farm in 2015 and has spent a lot of energy to convert it into a wonderful home where all buildings serve a purpose we find relevant. We live in the main house with our cats and dog, so we are usually around or nearby. The old "Cow-barn" is transformed into Billund-BnB.dk
We opened our doors for guests in 2020

With the growing attention to climate changes we consider that sharing our home with travellers, is a great way to reduce our own and our guests global footprint. That is also why none of our rooms have own bath/wc, but the guests are asked to share these facilities.
Self Service Café
The café area can seat 18 people around 3 tables. The windows facing East offers a lovely sunrise with Horses grassing in the fields right outside. Coffe & Tea is always free. Our kids run their small kiost where they sell drinks a reasonable prices.
Lounge Area
The two downstairs lounge areas, with cosy light in the evenings gives space for travellers chatting and relaxed atmosphere for a cold beer or soda. All is run very casually and our guests are expected to clean after them selves.
Games
Outside there is pole-tennis and a small area for football as well as basketball. Inside there are different games such as playing cards, Dice, Ludo and other games you may use with the kids.
Terrasse
Right outside the lounge our guests may use the lovely terrasse. Tables and chairs - few sun beds and of course the huge BBQ is there to enjoy. When sun goes down the lights will come on and everything becomes extra "Hyggeligt"
Game Room
The upstairs play area with pool table, fussball table, dart and bar area is open on request until 22.00 - or later depending on other guests. Children below 12 are not allowed without their parents.
Bikes
We refer to Jupiter Cykler in Billund if you want to rent bikes for your stay. They have all sizes and service them, so they are always in perfect conditon.
FOOD
We do not have a restaurant, but can offer a few things on a Self Service Basis. The main thing is that you clean up after your self.
Breakfast
If you decide to have the breakfast here, we prefer to know the day in advance. We do it as simple self service, where we have a small selection of cheese, cold colds, fruit, Jam, Yoghurt and milk for the three type of cereals. Of course also 3-5 type of break.
Price for breakfast is 10 EUR / Adult and 5 AEUR/kids below 12.
Dinner
We do not offer the option to cook dinner inside. Bacically because we all have different opinions about spices and international "odours". You are wellcome to use the BBQ (Gas Weber Grill) on the terrase. Cost to use the BBQ is a symbolic 5€ pr time. Please make sure to clean the grill and tools when finished. The Micro wave in the kichenette is only for PopCorn and to prepare baby food. Do not use for heating other food!
Billund is in the absolute center of Denmark and you can reach even the furthest corner in less than 3 hours. Also we have the famous local attraction LEGOLAND just five minutes away. Enjoy the video below that shows a bit of the fun you can find there.
